Impact Briningstool headed to the locker room in the first half of Saturday's contest, but he's out on the field in the second half. It appears whatever injury he suffered was a minor one and he should be good to go for the rest of the contest.

Impact Briningstool walked to the locker room under his own power, so that's a good sign for the tight end. He spent time in the medical tent after leaving the field as well. It's unclear what exact ailment he's dealing with, but he's questionable to return for the Tigers.

Tyler Brown - Undergoes surgery on ankle Brown (ankle) underwent tightrope surgery on his injured ankle, Jon Blau of The Charleston Post and Courier reports.

Impact Brown has been ruled out this week versus Virginia, and now it's more clear why. Head coach Dabo Swinney said that the hope is that Brown is better after the Tigers' bye week next week, leaving an opportunity for Brown to return to the field on Nov. 2 versus Louisville.

Impact Brown missed last week against Wake Forest, and he was considered week-to-week ahead of this Week 8 showdown with the Cavaliers. The wideout, who's posted five catches for 30 yards this season, will get his next chance to play against Louisville.

Impact Castner was hit by a truck while riding a moped on campus Thursday morning. He underwent surgery hours later for a compound fracture of his lower leg and is now "resting comfortably and doing well."
