Tallies 66 yards in win Allen compiled 11 carries for 66 yards and failed to catch his lone target during Saturday's 56-0 win over Kent State. Impact Allen once again split duties out of the backfield with fellow junior Nicholas Singleton, who logged 11 rushes for 81 yards. However, the latter running back also caught two passes, including a 17-yard touchdown on a simple dump-off pass from tight end Tyler Warren in the second quarter. Allen has been a consistent piece under new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki. Yet, he's still not getting an even share of the touchdown opportunities, having scored just once on a 20-yard reception Week 1. Unless he gets more involved as a scorer, Allen's going to be more boom-or-bust than surefire starter for fantasy owners.
