Eli Heidenreich - Scores again Saturday Heidenreich notched six carries for 41 yards and caught 4 of 5 targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 56-44 victory against Memphis.

Impact Heidenreich caught another touchdown Saturday, a 39-yarder in the second quarter which marked his fourth in three games this season. He also set season highs on the ground as he took six carries for 41 yards. He has caught four passes in each of his three games this season and is clearly Blake Horvath's favorite target in the passing game as he has caught over half of Horvath's completions this season. That combined with his recent involvement on the ground gives him a solid floor and a fairly high ceiling.

Brandon Chatman - Scores twice in Saturday's win Chatman recorded five carries for 24 yards and one touchdown and caught all three targets for 81 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 56-44 win versus Memphis.

Impact Chatman scored a pair of touchdowns Saturday, a 12-yard rush in the second quarter and a 46-yard reception in the third. Although he received just eight touches in the game, he gained over 100 yards for the first time in his career. While he has been productive so far this season thanks to some big plays, his lack of a large workload and the fact that he's the fourth option in the Midshipmen option is a long-term concern.

Alex Tecza - Fairly quiet in win over Memphis Tecza compiled 10 carries for 58 yards during Saturday's 56-44 victory versus Memphis. He also completed one pass for 13 yards.

Impact Despite the Midshipmen scoring a whopping 56 points versus Memphis, Tecza failed to scored a touchdown for the first time this season. He ran the ball well as he averaged nearly six yards per carry, but quarterback Blake Horvath scored three touchdowns inside the seven-yard line. Tecza led all running backs in rushing attempts, and with Navy's offense looking dynamic, he should be able to produce at a solid level especially if Horvath doesn't steal all the redzone work.

Tyler Bradley - DNP vs. Memphis Bradley (hand) did not play during the Navy's 56-44 win Saturday against Memphis.

Impact According to Navy Athletics, Bradley was ruled out before Saturday. Up next for the Navy is a game at UAB on Sept. 28.

Cody Howard - Logs 23-yard reception Howard (knee) logged one reception for 23 yards during the Navy's 56-44 win Saturday against Memphis.

Impact Now that Howard is available, the Navy has another tight end to use in future games. He is known for his long-distance catches, having averaged 16.7 yards per reception during 2023 and logging 23 yards in his game Saturday.

Blake Horvath - Explodes in upset win over Memphis Horvath was 9-for-12 passing for 192 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 56-44 win against Memphis. He also had 12 rushes for 211 yards with four touchdowns.

Impact Horvath was unstoppable in Saturday's upset win over Memphis as he accounted for six touchdowns. He tossed for nearly 200 yards and threw two passing touchdowns while completing 75 percent of his passes, but once again his damage came on the ground. He ran for over 200 yards and scored four touchdowns on just 12 rushing attempts, including a 90-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. He has accumulated 333 rushing yards and seven touchdown in the past two games alone. After dominating one of the best team's in the conference, there is no reason to believe he cannot continue to produce at a high level throughout the rest of the season.

Impact Myers has yet to play this season while dealing with an injury, but the wideout is now fully healthy. He's rather buried on the Midshipmen's depth chart, and Navy uses its receivers few and far between, so it's unlikely he's looking at much in the way of production this fall.

Regis Velez - Not listed as injured Velez (undisclosed) wasn't listed among the injured players for Navy in their Week 2 contest against Temple.

Impact Velez has yet to see the field this season, but the fact that he's healthy suggests he should be able to feature in the coming games. Navy's next game will come against Memphis on Sep. 21 following the bye week.

Impact Unsurprisingly, Howard's availability status being doubtful before the Temple-Navy game indicated he would sit it out. Saturday included his second DNP of 2024. Ideally, the Navy publicly updates Howard's availability again before their next game.
