Impact Morris attempted a whopping 61 passes Saturday and was unsurprisingly productive with that high volume. He threw for over 400 yards for the third time this season and tossed three touchdowns for the fifth time in seven games. He ranks second in the country in both passing yards and passing touchdowns, only behind Heisman contender Cam Ward. He also showed off his legs Saturday as he scored a 49-yard rushing touchdown and finished the game with a season-high 71 rushing yards. He faces a couple of difficult matchups in his next two games, but he has been too productive to look elsewhere.

His involvement in the Eagles' highly productive passing attack gives him a solid floor moving forward.

DT Sheffield - Dominant in comeback win Sheffield hauled in 11 of 13 targets for 126 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 41-37 victory versus Florida Atlantic.

Impact Sheffield caught a pair of touchdowns Saturday, both of which came in the last three minutes and turned a 10-point deficit into a four-point win. He now has seven receiving touchdowns this season which is tied for the fourth-most in the country. He also set season-highs in receptions, targets and yards, proving that he is not just a red zone threat. His usage in the Eagles' high-flying passing attack gives him an extremely high ceiling for the rest of the campaign.

Impact Rempert caught his first touchdown of the season Saturday, a 25-yard reception in the first quarter. After being shut out during the first three weeks of the season he has been fairly productive in the last three games, accumulating nine catches (on 14 targets) for 118 yards and a touchdown. While that is likely not enough to warrant serious consideration as a starter, he is certainly trending in the right direction.

Impact McGill scored again Saturday, a three-yard touchdown in the third quarter. He now has give touchdowns in his last three games. Although he has not had more than seven carries this season, he has found a way to maintain production in part due to how well the Eagles' offense is playing. However, with three tough run defenses in his next three games, he may struggle to continue producing with limited carries.

He now has three games this season with four or more touchdown passes and is currently tied with Cam Ward for the most touchdown passes in the country with 20. He has a tough next three games versus the best team's in the conference, but he should pass the ball enough to remain productive.

Impact Ward was previously listed as questionable after missing last week's game against Tulsa, but it appears the senior receiver will be good to go against the Owls. Ward had a monster start to the season, catching 12 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns in the Mean Green's season opener, but has been mostly held in check ever since, logging just four catches for 58 yards in his three games since. Ward and the North Texas offense will be hoping he can return to his season-opening form Saturday.

Impact Fortunately for Evans, he did not have to sit out a second game to play his second game of 2024. Compared to two Evans averaged the first game, he averaged 12 the second, giving himself some positive momentum going into October.

He also led the team with eight targets -- a season high for him -- and gained 50 yards in his second straight outing. His 13 targets over the last two weeks is a promising sign, and while there are a lot of talented and productive receivers on the team, Chandler Morris throws the ball enough to allow multiple players to consistently produce.

Impact Sibley scored his first collegiate touchdown Saturday, a nine-yard touchdown reception late in the third quarter. The true freshman received seven carries in his second straight game, rushing for an efficient 58 yards. The Mean Green's running back situation is currently quite confusing as four different running backs received at least four carries in Saturday's win, yet none had more than seven. Sibley has played well in his two appearances, but his low volume and the uncertainty in North Texas' backfield makes him difficult to rely on right now.

DT Sheffield - Scores again Saturday Sheffield had two receptions (on three targets) for 60 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 52-20 victory versus Tulsa.

Impact Sheffield caught his fifth touchdown of the season Saturday, a 27-yard reception in the third quarter. He only saw three targets, his second fewest this season, but he was able to salvage a productive day on just two catches. He is generally Chandler Morris' go-to target -- he has received nine or more targets in three games this season -- and he will likely see more volume on a game-to-game basis than he did in Saturday's blowout win.

Blair Conwright - Catches 96-yard TD Conwright reeled in all two targets for 115 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 52-20 victory against Tulsa.

Impact Conwright caught a 96-yard touchdown pass from Chandler Morris late in the second quarter Saturday, the Mean Green's first score of the game which opened up the flood gates for the rest of the contest. It was Conwright's third touchdown of the season. Even though he has not received more than four targets in a game this season, Conwright's knack for the endzone and his big play ability has kept him relevant. With the Mean Green's passing offense rolling, Conwright is a decent option as a dart throw.

Makenzie McGill - Scores another TD Saturday McGill posted five carries for 70 yards and one touchdown and hauled in 1 of 2 targets for 17 yards during Saturday's 52-20 win over Tulsa.

Impact McGill scored his fourth touchdown in the last two games Saturday, a 75-yard rush in the fourth quarter. He was completely shut down outside of the long run as his other four carries led to negative five yards. Still, he has clearly carved out a space in the Mean Green's backfield and has shown an ability to make big plays. While his workload will likely not be very high, he may be worth consideration as a dart throw after a productive last two weeks.

Impact Morris had by far the best game of his season Saturday as he set season highs in passing yards and passing touchdowns. He threw five touchdowns in the blowout win -- all to different receivers -- and threw a 96-yard touchdown pass to Blair Conwright in the second quarter. After a rough outing in Week 3, Morris has bounced back with back-to-back elite performances. He has a bye week in Week 6 and then returns to a favorable matchup at FAU in Week 7.
