Yasin Willis - Out against Hokies Head coach Fran Brown indicated that Willis (ankle) will not play in Syracuse's matchup against Virginia Tech on Saturday, per Chris Carlson of The Syracuse Post-Standard.
Impact Willis was previously listed as doubtful for Saturday's game after suffering an ankle sprain in last week's game against Pitt, so his absence from Saturday's game doesn't necessarily come as a surprise. The freshman running back has primarily served as a backup in the Orange backfield throughout the season, showing flashes of playmaking ability on his way to 106 yards and a touchdown on 28 rushing attempts this season. Willis will hope to use the week off to make a quick recovery in time for the team's roadtrip to face Boston College the following Saturday.

Impact Villari's 40 yards were easily his highest total of the season after he'd posted 13 combined through the previous six games. His rushing touchdown was also his first score of the season. Still, it was a wonky game against Pittsburgh, as the Orange buried themselves in a nearly insurmountable hole extremely early with a flurry of pick-sixes. Thus, the tight end's spike in production shouldn't be considered sustainable just yet.

Impact Meeks tallied five catches, but his output had little effect on Syracuse's drubbing at the hands of Pittsburgh. The wideout remained a steady part of this passing game, but that mattered little considering his quarterback threw five interceptions, three of which were pick-sixes.

Trebor Pena - Catches five passes in blowout Pena logged five receptions (on eight targets) for 51 yards during Thursday's 41-13 defeat versus Pittsburgh.
Impact Pena once again proved to be a reliable receiver for Syracuse, but it mattered little in its demolition at the hands of Pittsburgh. Pena's 51 yards were his second-lowest total on the season, but it's hard to blame the receiver considering his quarterback struggled to the tune of five interceptions. Pena and the entire offense will look to bounce back next week against Virginia Tech.

Emanuel Ross - Leading receiver in meltdown Ross hauled in 5 of 8 targets for 78 yards during Thursday's 41-13 defeat versus Pittsburgh.
Impact Ross managed to pace Syracuse's receiver room while his quarterback Kyle McCord had a complete meltdown. It was the true freshman's first action since Week 1 and his first career stat-line. Syracuse is clearly high on the young wideout, but it remains to be seen if he'll be a staple of this passing game week in and week out.

LeQuint Allen - Six catches in blowout loss Allen tallied 15 carries for 32 yards and caught 6 of 9 targets for 20 yards during Thursday's 41-13 loss versus Pittsburgh.
Impact Given how quickly Syracuse went down against Pittsburgh, the Orange didn't exactly have time to establish their ground game. When they tried, it went nowhere, as evidenced by Allen's just over two yards-per-carry. He did offer value as a receiver, however, and his six catches were his second-highest total on the year.

Kyle McCord - Disastrous showing vs. Panthers McCord was 35-for-64 passing for 321 yards and five interceptions during Thursday's 41-13 defeat to Pittsburgh. He also had nine rushes for -32 yards with one touchdown.
Impact McCord found Acrisure Stadium to be a house of horrors. It was a complete meltdown from the quarterback who, up until Week 9, had proven to be one of the better pocket passers in the nation. Three of McCord's five interceptions were taken back to the house for a pick six. It was his first game this season without multiple touchdowns through the air. McCord and Syracuse hope this is an outlier performance, and the Quarterback will look ahead to Virginia Tech this Saturday.

The wideout was considered unlikely to play Thursday night, but he'll beat the odds and suit up to continue his streak of games played this season - Pena has yet to miss a contest. The receiver has tallied 42 catches for 458 yards and five touchdowns this fall.
