Mario Williams - Scores twice in Saturday's win Williams hauled in all four targets for 94 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 45-10 victory against South Florida.

Impact Williams scored a pair of touchdowns in the second quarter Saturday, a 53-yard score with four minutes left in the half, and then a 27-yard touchdown with under two minutes remaining. It was an excellent bounce back performance after back-to-back quiet outings. He set a season low with four targets, but the Green Wave did not pass much in the second half so that's not a major concern moving forward.

Dontae Fleming - Excellent in Saturday's win Fleming notched seven receptions (on eight targets) for 128 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 45-10 win over South Florida.

Impact Fleming had by far his best outing of the season Saturday as he set season highs in receptions, targets and yards, and caught his first touchdown of the season. He led the team in all receiving categories besides touchdowns, a great bounce back performance after receiving just one target last week. He has been productive in spurts this season and now with quarterback Darian Mensah seemingly finding his groove, Fleming's value is looking up.

Makhi Hughes - Scores twice in Saturday's win Hughes logged 17 rushes for 61 yards and two touchdowns and reeled in 1 of 2 targets for eight yards during Saturday's 45-10 win against South Florida.

Impact Hughes had his least efficient game of the season Saturday as he rushed for just 3.6 yards per carry, however he made up for it with a pair of rushing touchdowns, his first multi-touchdown game of the season. He has scored a touchdown in every game this season and currently ranks sixth nationally in rushing attempts and 18th in rushing yards. He should be able to add significant numbers onto those totals at UAB on Saturday.

Darian Mensah - Excellent in blowout win Mensah completed 18 of 22 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns during Saturday's 45-10 win against South Florida.

Impact Mensah was dominant in Saturday's blowout win over South Florida as he completed over 80 percent of his passes for 326 yards and a season-high three touchdowns. It was his second game this season with over 325 passing yards, and he also tied a season high with 17 yards on the ground. It was easily his most impressive performance of the season and bodes very well for the rest of his season. Next up he has a favorable matchup at UAB before a bye week in Week 7.

Impact Clayton-Johnson enrolled at Tulane for the team's 2024 season. After participating in all games of its first quarter, he recently logged a DNP. However, Tulane's head coach Jon Sumrall has publicly said that Clayton-Johnson should be available Saturday.

Impact Williams once again led the team in receptions and targets Saturday, but seeing that Darian Mensah only threw for 83 yards it was not a great game for Williams. Despite two straight duds, he has been targeted eight times in each of his last three games, so when Mensah throws the ball, he's usually looking for Williams. The major question moving forward is how much Tulane will need to pass versus their conference foes, because if the Green Wave rely on the run like they did on Saturday, Williams' value will diminish as the season progresses.

Impact Hughes set season highs in rushing attempts and yards Saturday and scored a touchdown in his fourth consecutive game. The Green Wave relied on him heavily throughout the game and he delivered once again. Among running backs, he currently ranks 14th in the country in rushing yards and fourth in rushing attempts, making him one of the most valuable fantasy assets in the nation.

Darian Mensah - Quiet in Saturday's win Mensah completed 11 of 17 passes for 83 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 41-33 win versus Louisiana.

Impact Mensah was not asked to do much in Saturday's win and ended up with a very quiet outing. He failed to throw for 100 yards, although he did throw one touchdown and did not turn the ball over for the first time since Week 1. He was also hindered by the fact that backup quarterback Ty Thompson rushed seven times for 23 yards and a touchdown, taking an opportunity away from Mensah to score. Mensah is clearly not the focal point of this offense, and in games where the Green Wave take an early lead, he may struggle to produce.

Impact Hughes was once again the Green Wave's most productive player Saturday as he gained 84 yards and scored his third touchdown of the season, an eight-yard reception in the third quarter. The fact that he had 71 rushing yards on 19 carries in a negative game script and against a tough defense is very promising for his future, especially considering his toughest two games on paper are in his rearview mirror.

Mensah's two toughest games are now behind him and he will look to get back on track Saturday at Louisiana-Lafayette.
