Bhayshul Tuten - Full participant in practice Tuten (lower leg) was a full participant at Virginia Tech's practice Wednesday.

Impact Tuten was seen practicing and without a non-contact jersey. This coupled with reports from earlier in the week saying the tailback is extremely likely to play seems to indicate beyond a shadow of a doubt that Tuten will play at Syracuse. He's been one of the most dynamic backs in the sport this fall, rushing for 950 yards and 12 touchdowns already.

Impact Tuten, who was spotted wearing a boot after Saturday's win over Georgia Tech, is not expected to miss any time as a result of his injury. The 5-foot-11 senior has been a monster for the Hokies this season, posting 142 carries for 950 yards (6.7 per carry), and 12 touchdowns across eight games. Tuten should be good to go for VT, but if he is ultimately unable to suit up, Malachi Thomas and Jeremiah Coney would likely split backfield duties for the Hokies.

Impact Gosnell had his most yards since the opener, and scored his second touchdown of the season. The Hokies' passing attack is somewhat tame with Kyron Drones at quarterback, so don't expect Gosnell to replicate these numbers all that frequently.

Impact After exploding for 266 yards against Boston College, Tuten had a quieter - but still effective - day against Georgia Tech. His streak of seven straight games with. touchdown to open the season was snapped, but the tailback remained a viable weapon for this offense. He'll look to get back into the end zone next week at Syracuse, so long as his lower leg injury doesn't prevent him from suiting up.

Kyron Drones - Does enough vs. Yellow Jackets Drones completed 16 of 27 passes for 128 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 21-6 victory versus Georgia Tech. He also had eight rushes for six yards with one touchdown.

Impact Drones didn't light up the stat sheet, but he didn't need to in a comfortable victory over Georgia Tech. He also protected the football after throwing a pick and losing a fumble the week prior. Drones won't blow you away statistically, but he's done enough to help Virginia Tech win three straight after the heartbreaking loss to Miami.

Impact Holloway has yet to play in a game yet this season for the Hokies after suffering a knee injury in the off-season and doesn't appear to be close to a return. The junior receiver caught five passes for 49 yards while adding a 33 yards touchdown run for the Hokies in 2023 and was hoping to get more involved within the offensive gameplan going into the 2024 season prior to his injury. With no definitive timeline for his return, Holloway can likely be looked at as doubtful for Saturday's game against Syracuse.

Impact Tuten's remarkable season just keeps rolling on. He scored four times and racked up nearly 300 yards rushing. Virginia Tech got out to an early lead and then let Tuten do the rest. He's now ran for at least 115 yards in all but two games this fall, and scored a touchdown in every game, with 14 in total thus far. Tuten once again dominated the carries for Virginia Tech and will look to keep his extraordinary season rolling next week against Georgia Tech.
