Hunter Greene - Seven shutout innings Greene threw seven scoreless innings in Sunday's loss to the Rays, allowing two hits and one walk while striking out five. He did not factor into the decision. Impact Greene stifled the Rays, carrying a no-hitter into the sixth inning before a Brandon Lowe single ended the bid. The 24-year-old Greene has now fired seven scoreless innings in back-to-back starts, allowing just two hits in each of those outings. The hard-throwing righty also notched his fourth-consecutive quality start Sunday, pitching to a 0.33 ERA, 0.63 WHIP and 29:8 K:BB in 27 innings during that stretch. Greene will look to keep rolling in his next start, currently scheduled for next weekend versus the Giants.
