Makes return from IL Atlanta reinstated Ynoa (hand) from the 60-day injured list ahead of his scheduled start Tuesday against the Marlins. Impact Reliever Jacob Webb was dispatched to Triple-A Gwinnett to clear a spot on the active roster for Ynoa, who will be making his first start with Atlanta since May 16 after he was on the shelf for the past three months with a fractured right hand. The 23-year-old was cleared to rejoin the Atlanta rotation after he recently wrapped up a two-week minor-league rehab assignment that culminated with a 4.2-inning, seven-strikeout outing Aug. 11 for Gwinnett. He tossed 83 pitches in that outing, so he shouldn't face any significant restrictions with his workload when he takes the mound Tuesday.
