Harry Ford - Suffers concussion Ford was placed on Double-A Arkansas' 7-day injured list Saturday with concussion symptoms, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Impact The 21-year-old suffered the injury during Thursday's contest when he took a ball off the mask while working behind the plate. Ford, who is one of the Mariners' top prospects, will need to clear the concussion protocol before returning to action.

Jorge Polanco - Exits early with knee issue Polanco left Sunday's 6-3 win over the White Sox in the bottom of the seventh inning as a result of knee pain, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Impact Polanco has been dealing with the knee injury a while according to manager Scott Servais, but the injury isn't considered to be injured list worthy. The infielder was also removed partially due to Seattle owning a 6-1 lead entering the bottom of the seventh. Polanco can be considered day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener on the road in Boston.

Luke Raley - On bench again Sunday Raley is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

Impact It's the second straight game on the bench for Raley following the acquisition of Randy Arozarena. Raley hasn't done much in July to retain a place in the lineup with a .488 OPS and 31.9 percent strikeout rate in 19 games, and his playing time could diminish down the stretch, especially if the Mariners make further additions ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline.
