Impact The tough luck driver of the night at Richmond was Busch and his No. 1 Chevrolet team. Disaster would strike early in this 400-lap race. Busch would cut a tire on lap 41 and his car would spin out of control into the outside wall. The impact would cause tremendous damage and result in a trip to the garage area for the night. The DNF was his fourth of the season and it puts his championship hopes in jeopardy heading to Bristol next weekend.
