Crew Chief to Retire at End of 2021 Todd Gordon, crew chief for Blaney, announced on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio that he will retire at the end of the 2021 season. Impact Gordon announced that after 10 seasons with Penske Racing he is ready to step down and enter retirement. The veteran crew chief won a Cup Series title in 2018 with driver Joey Logano and is currently in his second season working with Blaney. There has been no word yet from the team on who will replace Gordon atop the team's war wagon in 2022.
