Tee Higgins - Cleared to play Higgins (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Packers after returning to a full practice Friday.
Impact Meanwhile, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor told Ben Baby of ESPN.com that Higgins looked good in practice all week, which sets the stage for the wideout to return from a two-game absence with few limitations, if any. Prior to suffering his shoulder injury, Higgins hauled in 10 of his 15 targets for 118 yards and two touchdowns in two contests.

Mike Thomas - Listed as doubtful for Week 5 Thomas (ankle) is listed as doubtful on the Bengals' injury report, but he is not expected to play Sunday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Impact Barring a major change of events, Thomas will not be active for Sunday's contest against the Packers. Dehner reports that he will be shut down, but the Bengals have yet to make his game status official. The 27-year-old wideout has caught three passes for 24 yards this season.

Joe Mixon - Officially listed as questionable Mixon (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers after being listed as a non-participant at practices Wednesday through Friday.
Impact Despite Mixon's string of practice absences, the Bengals plan to evaluate the running back Saturday before determining his status for Sunday's contest, according to Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic. The Bengals could provide an update on Mixon's status at the conclusion of Saturday's evaluation, but either way, his availability (or lack thereof) will be confirmed prior to the first wave of games Sunday, with Cincinnati and Green Bay kicking off at 1 p.m. ET. If Mixon sits out for the contest, Samaje Perine would be in line to see added carries, while Chris Evans would likely see expanded role on passing downs.
