Zamir White - Finds end zone in preseason loss White carried the ball six times for 23 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 24-23 preseason loss to the Vikings.
Impact The third-year back got the start and capped a drive in the second quarter with a two-yard touchdown run that gave the Raiders a 17-7 lead, before the game tilted the Vikings' way after halftime. White has little competition for the starting job in the Las Vegas backfield, but he heads into 2024 as a relatively unproven option who managed just one touchdown on 136 touches in his first two NFL campaigns while working as Josh Jacobs' backup.

Gardner Minshew II - Leads three scoring drives Saturday Minshew completed six of 12 passes for 117 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 24-23 preseason loss to the Vikings.
Impact While he wasn't exactly efficient, Minshew put points on the board quickly for the Raiders after taking the reins from Aidan O'Connell to begin the second quarter. Minshew tossed a 20-yard strike to DJ Turner for the game's first touchdown, then led two more scoring drives before halftime, including one capped by a two-yard TD plunge from Zamir White. The battle between O'Connell and Minshew for the Week 1 starting job would appear to be a dead heat heading into Las Vegas' next preseason contest against Dallas next Saturday.

Aidan O'Connell - Sharp in preseason loss O'Connell completed seven of nine passes for 76 yards in Saturday's 24-23 preseason loss to the Vikings.
Impact The second-year QB was expected to see about a quarter of action in the Raiders' preseason opener, but O'Connell wound up being under center for only a single possession as he led Las Vegas on a nearly eight-minute drive that ended in a first-quarter field goal. Gardner Minshew then took over to begin the second quarter and engineered three quick scoring drives before halftime, including two touchdowns. While O'Connell getting the start might suggest he's ahead in the battle to be the Week 1 starter, Minshew had a lot more success putting points on the board. The competition will likely continue into next Saturday's clash with the Cowboys.

Dax Milne - Headed to Las Vegas Milne agreed to a deal with the Raiders on Tuesday, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
Impact Milne spent all of 2023 on injured reserve due to a groin injury, and he was waived by the Commanders on July 31. The 2021 seventh-round pick played in 15 regular-season games with Washington in 2022, registering six catches for 37 yards and one touchdown while adding 611 total return yards. Milne's return experience could help him earn a spot on the Raiders' 53-man roster at the conclusion of training camp.

Impact Guyton had been dealing with an undisclosed injury that forced him to miss almost two weeks of Raiders practice, but it now appears as if he's moved past the issue. The North Texas product has struggled with injuries over the last two seasons, appearing in just 11 regular-season games with the Chargers. If Guyton is able to remain healthy, he's expected to serve as a solid deep threat in his first year with Las Vegas.
