Impact Prior to Week 7, Shipley had seen the field for a total of five offensive snaps, with his only opportunities to touch the ball coming as a kick returner. After establishing a four-score lead early in the fourth quarter, the team elected to rest its starters, with both Shipley and second-string running back Kenneth Gainwell receiving a handful of opportunities. Shipley didn't do anything with his brief look to suggest that he'll be moving up the depth chart any time soon.

Impact The 23-year-old has now racked up 23 total tackles across Philadelphia's last two games, bringing his season total to 49 tackles. Dean had also never recorded a full sack before Sunday's win, taking down Daniel Jones in the second and third quarters. The third-year pro from Georgia appears to be settling into the Eagles' top inside linebacker role and is expected to continue making plays in Week 8's matchup against the Bengals.

Kenneth Gainwell - Racks up yards in garbage time Gainwell carried the ball 13 times for 56 yards and caught one pass for 11 yards in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Giants.

Impact Gainwell's 14 touches for 67 total yards in Week 7 were more than the 11 touches for 62 yards he managed across the first six weeks combined, but don't count on a similar workload going forward. The Eagles were able to rest most of their starters for the entire fourth quarter after getting out to a big lead, but Saquon Barkley should resume taking nearly all of the running back touches next week in Cincinnati assuming the game stays close.

Barkley will look to keep rolling in Week 8 against the Bengals.

Calcaterra is a quality pass catcher but isn't especially adept as a blocker, so No. 2 tight end Jack Stoll could be in store for plenty of playing time behind him on running downs or when extra pass protection is needed.
