Impact Conley was unable to play this past Sunday against the Buccaneers due to a hamstring injury. He opened the week with consecutive limited practices, but he was able to participate in Friday's session with no restrictions and will be good to go in Sunday's NFC West clash.

Impact Bosa opened the week with consecutive DNPs due to a hip injury that he played through in Week 10 against the Buccaneers. However, he was able to return to practice Friday, albeit in a limited capacity, and it's likely that he'll work through the issue in Sunday's NFC West clash. Bosa has logged 32 tackles (22 solo), including 5.5 sacks, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery through nine regular-season games.

Impact Ward will miss a second straight game due to the recent passing of his one-year-old daughter. It's unclear how long he'll be away from the team, but Ward's next chance at playing will be Week 12 against the Packers on Sunday, Nov. 24. The 49ers may continue to limit his practice reps but apparently want McCaffrey in his usual, near-every-down role on Sundays. He shouldn't lack for snaps or touches in an NFC West showdown this weekend.

Impact With tailback Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) making his season debut in Week 10, the 49ers didn't waste any touches on Juszczyk, who had carried the ball three times for 21 yards and a touchdown to go with four receptions for 16 yards on eight targets across the previous three contests. While Juszczyk should continue to have a regular role on offense every week, he'll be deployed primarily as a blocker and only occasionally as a route runner whenever he's on the field.
