Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles - Sustains knee injury Flannigan-Fowles is questionable to return to Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Rams due to a knee injury.

Impact Flannigan-Fowles suffered his injury in the first half, and it's not yet clear whether he'll be available later in the matchup. Dre Greenlaw (calf) also is questionable to return, so Azeez Al-Shaair and Mark Nzeocha should see increased playing time if both players remain sidelined.

It's unclear if his previously injured knee is to blame, but the team's receiving corps is mostly healthy, so he'll remain in street clothes Sunday. Behind San Francisco's top duo of Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, Jauan Jennings, Trent Sherfield and Travis Benjamin are the other wideouts available to the offense.

Impact Wilson managed just one limited practice this past week due to a low-ankle sprain suffered in the 49ers' divisional-round win at Green Bay. With a mostly healthy backfield otherwise, San Francisco will keep Wilson in street clothes Sunday. Aside from lead back Elijah Mitchell, the trio of JaMycal Hasty, Trey Sermon and Trenton Cannon are on hand for RB and special teams reps that linger.
