Wooldridge carried the ball for 50 yards and two touchdowns on three attempts during the spring game, showcasing his versatility and mobility. Wooldridge transferred to Louisiana-Lafayette in January after spending three seasons with Fresno State. Wooldridge tallied 147 passing yards and one touchdown on 12-of-24 passes for the Bulldogs on his limited opportunities. Wooldridge will look to take the starting spot from Fields, who has spent three years with the program and appears to have a slight edge over Wooldridge.
