10th-Place at Martinsville Speedway Elliott finished 10th in the Xfinity 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Raceway Sunday afternoon.

Impact Elliott would start on the outside pole and lead 54 laps in the early going of this playoff battle. The driver of the No. 9 Chevrolet would finish runner-up in the first two stages, but Elliott would fall back into traffic in stage 3. Elliott would be well back in traffic in the closing laps and would hold off Harrison Burton to capture 10th-place at the checkered flag. He earned 45 points as a result and advances into the Championship 4 of the Chase next weekend at Phoenix.
