Will come from back at Sonoma Bell will start Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Sonoma from the rear due to unapproved adjustments, Bob Pockrass of Fox Sports reports.
Impact Bell had qualified 31st, so this won't be a huge penalty as the team needed to repair the steering column. Bell has a road course win under his belt last season at the Daytona Road Course and Toyota has always been very good at Sonoma. Bell is an interesting DFS option this week.
