Tua Tagovailoa - Cleared to practice The Dolphins have designated Tagovailoa (ribs) to return from injured reserve, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Impact The transaction gives the Dolphins a 21-day window during which the team can evaluate Tagovailoa for a return to the 53-man roster, but he likely won't need the full length of time before being activated. Per Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com, head coach Brian Flores said that Tagovailoa was able to do some throwing Monday, and the quarterback now appears set to take part in the Dolphins' first Week 6 practice Wednesday in at least some capacity. If Tagovailoa checks out well during practices over the next few days, he could take back starting quarterback duties from Jacoby Brissett in Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London.

Mike Gesicki - Held in check by Bucs Gesicki secured four of seven targets for 43 yards during Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.

Impact Gesicki was relatively productive in what proved to be a blowout loss to Tampa Bay, and he recorded his third game of the season with double-digit average yards per reception. The athletic tight end has drawn at least six targets in each of the last three games, and it's possible he could have Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) back in the lineup in time to face the Jaguars in Week 6.

Salvon Ahmed - Back in No. 2 role? Ahmed logged two carries for five yards and secured two of three targets for 16 yards during Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.

Impact Miami's rushing attack was dominated by Tampa Bay's stout defensive front, but that didn't stop Myles Gaskin from accumulating 10 targets and two touchdowns through the air. Though Ahmed didn't turn in nearly as productive a fantasy day, he did appear to work ahead of Malcolm Brown (no touches) for the first time all season.

Malcolm Brown - Not involved Week 5 Brown did not log a single carry during Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.

Impact Brown was invisible on offense while Myles Gaskin handled five carries and 10 targets (not to mention two touchdowns), and Salvon Ahmed operated in the No. 2 role out of the backfield. The Dolphins haven't distributed the running back workload in a predictable way on a weekly basis, and this isn't an offense that produces especially valuable backfield touches, so it may be best to leave Brown off the fantasy radar except in deep leagues.
