Impact Brissett sustained a hamstring strain in the first quarter of Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers but was able to remain in the game. Even if the 28-year-old is cleared to suit up for Week 6, he isn't guaranteed a starting role because Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) could return to practice and do enough to clear himself ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Impact The Dolphins are hopeful that Tagovailoa will be back on the field as early as Week 6 against the Jaguars. The 2020 first-rounder resumed throwing early last week, and the team will likely gain a better idea of his status based on his participation in practice ahead of Sunday's matchup in London.

Impact Tagovailoa is eligible to resume practicing this week in preparation for taking on Jacksonville, as long as the Dolphins believe he's progressed enough in his recovery from fractured ribs. As of yet, the second-year signal caller remains on IR. Miami has lost three straight games with Jacoby Brissett under center, so the team is no doubt eager to get Tagovailoa back in action and under evaluation. However, Tagovailoa could slot back in to a nebulous situation, as DeVante Parker (shoulder) missed Week 5 and Will Fuller (finger) will spend at least two more games on IR.
