Juuse Saros and Georgiev have been the busiest netminders in the NHL this season, and the Avs need him to rest a bit in advance of the postseason. Beware his schedule.

Mikko Rantanen - Hits 100-point mark for second time Rantanen had three assists Saturday in a 7-4 win over Nashville.
Impact Rantanen hit the 100-mark point for the second straight season; he's the sixth player to hit that mark this year. And he's the sixth player in franchise history with at least two 100-point campaigns. More interestingly, Rantanen delivered 60 assists for the first time in his career. The Avs triple threat of Rantanen, Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar have been fantasy forces all season, and they all perform out-of-this-world in the postseason. All three are among the all-time NHL leaders in career points-per game during the playoffs. Four words: money in the bank.

Impact His goal game on the power play late in the second frame, and it tied the game 4-4. Makar now has 62 helpers this season. a tally that tied Steve Duschene (1992-93) for the Avalanche/Nordiques single-season record for a defender. He has 81 points (19 goals, 62 assists) in 69 games and has eight contests to match his career mark for points with 86. The mark is within reach for Makar.

Nathan MacKinnon - Moves into NHL scoring lead MacKinnon had two goals and two assists Saturday in a 7-4 win over the Predators.
Impact MacKinnon moved into the NHL lead with 127 points, including 80 assists, one ahead of Bolts forward Nikita Kucherov. He also became the third player in Avalanche/Nordiques history to have 80 assists in a season, joining Peter Stastny (twice) and Peter Forsberg (once). And MacKinnon moved into second in franchise history for single-season points behind Stastny (139; 1981-82). His 19-game, 38-point scoring streak was snapped Thursday, but he's right back on the board. And Mack has every chance and the necessary momentum to best Stastny with eight games remaining.
